Admissions

A straightforward path into addiction treatment.

Admissions brings practical questions, substance use and relapse risk, level-of-care needs, program fit, and insurance uncertainty together. Our goal is to make every step understandable before you commit.

Start admissions

Begin by phone or with our secure online form.

Choose the option that feels easiest. A request starts a private follow-up with admissions; it does not obligate you to enter treatment or guarantee admission or insurance coverage.

01

Start with a conversation

Call admissions or request a return call. We will listen, answer practical questions, and explain the next step without pressure.

02

Complete an ASAM-informed assessment

A clinical assessment considers substance use, withdrawal and relapse risk, health, co-occurring mental health needs, functioning, recovery environment, and readiness for change.

03

Review benefits and options

Our team can review eligible commercial PPO benefits. Verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.

04

Plan the transition into care

If the program is appropriate, the team coordinates timing, paperwork, and an individualized plan for beginning treatment.

Helpful to have

  • Basic contact information
  • Current treatment providers, if any
  • Medication list for the clinical assessment
  • Commercial PPO insurance card, if applicable
  • Recent substance use and withdrawal information
  • Questions about schedule, transportation, or support

What a call does not mean

  • It does not obligate you to enter treatment
  • It does not guarantee admission
  • It does not guarantee insurance authorization or payment
  • It is not an emergency or crisis evaluation
